About the Role Anthropic is hiring a People Services Partner, Compliance. People Services runs the day-to-day operations that keep the employee lifecycle moving, which includes making sure our processes and programs are compliant. We are looking for someone with a strong People Ops foundation, who is excited to take ownership of our existing compliance workstreams and build the program as the company grows. This is a hands-on role where you will represent People Services in audits, manage our background check program, and prepare and file required reporting. You will work closely with partners across the company (including People Legal, People Systems, Payroll, Internal Audit, and our broader company Compliance team) to turn compliance requirements into clear, scalable processes.
