Training Delivery\nDesign, develop, and deliver high-quality cybersecurity training through courses, workshops, boot camps, and webinars.\nCover a broad range of cybersecurity topics, including but not limited to:\nNetwork Security & Firewalls\nPenetration Testing & Ethical Hacking\nCloud Security & DevSecOps\nSecurity Compliance & Auditing (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)\nThreat Intelligence & Incident Response\nSIEM, SOC & Security Tools (Burp Suite, Wireshark, Metasploit, AWS Security Hub, etc.)\n2. Curriculum Development\nDevelop and continuously update cybersecurity training materials, including hands-on labs, case studies, quizzes, and real-world projects.\nEnsure training content is aligned with industry best practices, compliance frameworks, and emerging security trends.\n3. Training Management\nOrganize and manage cybersecurity training sessions, ensuring smooth content delivery, engagement, and assessments.\nTrack learner progress and provide additional support, including one-on-one guidance and mentorship.\n4. Technical Support & Mentorship\nAssist students with technical queries and troubleshoot cybersecurity-related challenges.\nProvide career guidance and mentorship, helping students navigate certifications (CEH, CISSP, OSCP, CISM, etc.) and job opportunities in cybersecurity.\n5. Industry Engagement\nStay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and defense mechanisms.\nRepresent ASB at cybersecurity conferences, webinars, and industry events.\n6. Assessment & Evaluation\nDevelop hands-on challenges, CTFs (Capture The Flag), and practical assessments to evaluate student proficiency.\nProvide constructive feedback to enhance their technical skills.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\nEducational Background\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.\nHands-on Cybersecurity Experience\n3+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles such as Penetration Tester, Security Analyst, SOC Analyst, Cybersecurity Engineer, or Security Auditor.\nExpertise in ethical hacking, threat analysis, cloud security, risk assessment, and compliance.\nStrong knowledge of Linux, Windows Security, Networking, and Cryptography.\nTeaching & Communication Skills\n2+ years of experience in training, mentoring, or delivering cybersecurity education.\nAbility to explain complex security concepts in a clear and engaging way.\nCybersecurity Tools & Platforms\nExperience with security tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Nessus, Nmap, Snort, Splunk, SIEM platforms, and AWS Security Hub.\nKnowledge of SOC operations, incident response, and security automation tools.\nPassion for Education\nA genuine enthusiasm for training the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.\nPreferred Qualifications\n> Industry Certifications\nCEH, OSCP, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Security Certification, or equivalent.\n> Experience in Online Teaching\nPrior experience in online training platforms (Udemy, Coursera, etc.) or learning management systems (LMS).\n> Knowledge of Security Frameworks & Compliance\nFamiliarity with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS.\n> Experience in Blue Team & Red Team Operations\nUnderstanding of ethical hacking (offensive security) and defensive security (SOC, SIEM, endpoint protection, etc.).\nWhat We Offer\n1.
