leads based on use case, infrastructure needs, buying intent, and potential value.\nWork with Growth and BD to convert qualified leads into meetings and opportunities.\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in Web3 / Blockchain lead generation, outbound sales or B2B BD.\nStrong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.\nHands-on experience finding and qualifying Web3 projects and companies.\nExperience with X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, GitHub, and Web3 research platforms.\nExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.\nStrong research and communication skills.\nComfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity.\nSuccess Measures\nQualified leads and target accounts generated\nMeetings/opportunities created\nLead-to-meeting conversion\nOutreach engagement and response rates\nPipeline contribution\nLead quality and qualification accuracy\nProductivity improvements through AI and
