We're starting by creating a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents issues-giving engineers their time back to focus on what they do best: building great products.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDesign and build agentic workflows for production incidents: orchestration, prompting, tool use, and evaluation\n\nEngineer context and retrieval systems that surface the right information at the right time (semantic search, keyword, API, SQL)\n\nShip product features end-to-end, from backend data models to React interfaces\n\nPartner closely with platform and research to bring AI capabilities into customer-facing product\n\nTake ownership of ambiguous projects, breaking them into milestones and orchestrating delivery\n\nWork directly with customers to refine features and validate product fit\n\nWhat you bring:\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack, product, or AI engineering roles\n\nProduction experience with LLMs or agent-based systems: orchestration, prompting, tool use, retrieval\n\nStrong experience in Typescript, React, Postgres, and NestJS\n\nComfort with the realities of AI in production: evaluations, latency, error handling, streaming\n\nExperience owning projects end-to-end in a startup environment\n\nHistory of pushing product thinking: designing not just code, but features customers love\n\nExperience owning ambiguous initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams (design, platform, research)\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating highly maintainable, scalable code.\n\nBonus:\nExperience with cloud infra (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)\n\nBackground in developer tools, infrastructure, or observability\n\nExperience building retrieval or search systems\n\nExposure to working directly with customers in shaping product\n\nPrior tech-lead experience or project leadership\n\nWho you are:\nIdentify as a builder.\n\nAre excited to work in-person from our new and spacious office in New York.\n\nLove working in a startup environment (experience in a startup or obsession with going zero-to-one).\n\nEnjoy working with people who are ambitious, caring, and think in systems.\n\nThrive in a fast-paced iterative environment where experimentation is essential.\n\nWhat we bring:\nPay & ownership - Competitive salary with generous equity grants.\n\nFull coverage + retirement - Fully covered health, dental, and vision, plus retirement benefits.\n\nUnlimited PTO - Take the time you need to recharge.\n\nDinner on late nights - Working late?
