The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, enterprise client management experience, and the ability to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining delivery quality and profitability.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.\n\n- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.\n\n- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and new business opportunities.\n\n- Develop account plans, identify business opportunities, and achieve revenue and margin targets.\n\n- Lead multiple technology and digital transformation engagements from initiation to delivery.\n\n- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.\n\n- Manage project teams, resource allocation, workforce planning, risks, and dependencies.\n\n- Handle client escalations and proactively resolve delivery challenges.\n\n- Monitor account performance, revenue, profitability, resource utilisation, and delivery health.\n\n- Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Product, HR, and Business teams to ensure successful execution.\n\n- Mentor project managers and delivery teams to improve performance and operational excellence.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n\n- Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Partnership, Account Management, Delivery Management, Program Management, Project Management, or a similar leadership role.\n\n- Proven experience managing enterprise clients and technology or digital transformation engagements.\n\n- Strong understanding of account planning, relationship management, business reviews, renewals, and opportunity pipelines.\n\n- Demonstrated experience in growing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.\n\n- Strong knowledge of software development and IT delivery processes.\n\n- Experience managing multiple projects, cross-functional teams, budgets, resources, and delivery timelines.\n\n- Understanding of revenue, margins, pricing, Statements of Work (SOWs), and change requests.\n\n- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\n\n- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric, outcome-driven mindset.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience working with clients in the US, UK, or Middle East.\n\n- Domain exposure to BFSI, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or logistics.\n\n- Experience scaling accounts from small engagements
