problems.\n\n- Develop and optimize Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).\n\n- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise AI applications.\n\n- Fine-tune open-source and commercial LLMs for domain-specific use cases.\n\n- Develop intelligent AI agents, copilots, and conversational AI solutions.\n\nPython Backend Development :\n\n- Design robust backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.\n\n- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.\n\n- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures.\n\n- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\nData Engineering & AI Pipelines:\n\n- Develop ETL pipelines and data preprocessing workflows for AI model training.\n\n- Work with structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.\n\n- Build vector databases and semantic search solutions using Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.\n\n- Ensure high-quality data management for AI model performance.\n\nModel Deployment & MLOps:\n\n- Deploy AI and ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.\n\n- Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and monitoring.\n\n- Monitor model performance, drift detection, retraining, and optimization.\n\n- Work with MLflow, Kubeflow, or with advancements in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and emerging technologies.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 8 to 2 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python.\n\n- Hands-on experience building AI and Machine Learning applications.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.\n\n- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, Gemini), and prompt engineering.\n\n- Hands-on experience implementing RAG architectures and vector databases.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.\n\n- Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.\n\n- Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data modelling.\n\n- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.\n\n- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.\n\n- Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning
