In this role, you will own day-to-day contract review and negotiation across a wide range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on helping internal teams close business efficiently while managing legal and operational risk.\nThis is a practical, high-judgment role for someone who is comfortable working directly with cross-functional partners, translating legal issues into clear business guidance, and improving the systems and processes that support contract review at scale.\nWhat you'll do\nReview, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, customer-facing agreements, and other operational contracts\n\nPartner closely with sales, finance, and leadership teams to provide clear, actionable guidance during contract review\n\nIdentify legal, business, and operational risks in proposed agreements and recommend practical paths forward\n\nSupport all aspects of the Legal department as needed in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.\n\nHelp maintain and improve contract templates, fallback language, playbooks, and internal review processes\n\nSupport contract intake and triage so requests are routed appropriately and handled efficiently\n\nAdvise internal stakeholders on approval requirements, escalation points, and contracting best practices\n\nTrack recurring issues in negotiations and help turn them into better standards, tools, and workflows\n\nContribute to the buildout of a legal function that is trusted, responsive, and business-minded\n\nWhat you bring\nBachelor’s degree\n\n5+ years of commercial transactions experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment\n\nStrong judgment about risk, materiality, and when to escalate\n\nAbility to explain contract issues in plain English to non-lawyers\n\nExperience with Ironclad is a plus\n\nExcellent drafting, issue-spotting, and negotiation skills\n\nA highly organized working style and the ability to manage multiple matters at once\n\nComfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly\n\nA service-oriented mindset and a bias toward solving problems, not just identifying them\n\nYou may be a great fit if\nYou like building structure where there is ambiguity\n\nYou care about helping teams move fast without cutting corners\n\nYou are equally comfortable redlining agreements and
