Our platform is trusted by engineering teams who demand rock-solid reliability, scalable performance, and deep technical visibility. Our platform doesn’t just assure system correctness and reliability, it exists because developers need something better. If you’ve ever experienced the pain of a production outage, had a bad week on-call, or had a release delayed by weeks because of one killer bug - you’ll understand exactly why we’re doing what we do. If you're passionate about developer-first products, system resilience, and correctness, we’d love to talk.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a \"player-coach\" who can translate their experience and skillset to amplify a highly capable, fast-growing team. We are looking for candidates who are not only comfortable doing 1-on-1s with team members but able to lead by example with their technical execution and presales skills.\nYou will be leading a team based in our UK HQ2 office, combined with additional team members based in the APAC region. You will be responsible for maintaining critical business KPIs such as POC conversion rate and presales support volume for customers in the corresponding geographical region.\nWhat You Do\nManage the day-to-day operations of the team: onboarding, check-ins, performance reviews, vacation approvals, project (POC) assignments, and more.\n\nPartner with our corporate recruiters and drive our recruiting effort for the EMEA/APAC region, and participate in the recruiting effort for other GTM functions.\n\nCollaborate with regional sales leadership on presales support and POC execution.\n\nCollaborate with global GTM functions such as marketing efforts (conferences) and enablement (training, workshops).\n\nHelp the team up-level their technical and communication skills.\n\nBe a backstop for team members on customer engagements.\n\nWho You Are\nYou maintain a strong technical foundation from previous related roles and industries.\n\nYou have a strong desire to mentor other team members and feel incredibly rewarded by the success of others.\n\nYou lead from the front, always taking the toughest challenges instead of delegating them to a team member.\n\nYou want to be \"hands-on-keyboard\" with POC execution and other technical activities.\n\nYou have experience working with Account Executives, sales leaders, and other GTM functions.\n\nYou retain technical curiosity and a willingness to learn new things and absorb new technologies.\n\nYou are comfortable working in tight timelines and high-pressure situations.\n\nYou are a great communicator, both written and verbal.\n\nYou are a good team player, able to work with a small but highly skilled team.\n\nYou are professional but flexible - you can roll with the fast pace of a startup.\n\nGood Skills and Experience to Have\nSoftware testing, reliability, and distributed systems\n\nContainerization: Docker, Kubernetes\n\nObject-oriented programming\n\nScripting languages (bash/shell, Python, JavaScript)\n\nQuerying data (via SQL, NoSQL, or other query engines)\n\nThis role will require some travel (client site, conferences, Antithesis HQ).","description_format":"text","description_chars":3165,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United Kingdom","iso":"GB","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Software Testing & QA"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-08-19T18:14:46Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker;
