Responsibilities\nInfrastructure Service Implementation and Support\nDesign, implement, monitor, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure for services.\n\nBuild and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.\n\nConfigure and optimize cloud and on-premises environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, VMWare).\n\nPerform patching/upgrade activity for Service Infrastructures.\n\nAble to support and work well in Linux based environments.\n\nAutomation and Efficiency\nDevelop automated provisioning and deployment pipelines to streamline infrastructure/product/service provisioning setup.\n\nBuild tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.\n\nSystem Monitoring and Reliability\nImplement and manage monitoring solutions to track system performance and uptime.\n\nProactively highlight and address issues related to capacity, performance, and security.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve critical incidents.\n\nCollaboration and Support\nCollaborate with Technology team, Product team, MIS team where required to support application and service deployment.\n\nAssist in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth integration between infrastructure and applications.\n\nSecurity and Compliance\nImplement security best practices for infrastructure, including firewalls, IAM policies, and encryption.\n\nEnsure systems comply with organizational and industry-specific security standards and policies.\n\nFamiliar with either Vulnerability Scanning tools like Nessus,\n\nDocumentation and Knowledge Sharing\nMaintain detailed documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and tools.\n\nShare knowledge and train other team members on infrastructure practices and tools.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and virtualization technologies.\n\nHands-on experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes etc).\n\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Perl or equivalent.\n\nKnowledge on either monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.\n\nKnowledge on either orchestration/configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet etc\n\nExperience with networking concepts (DNS, VPN, load balancers, etc.).\n\nKey Competencies\nStrong sense of responsibility and urgency in ensuring service uptime.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.\n\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills.\n\nA proactive approach to improving infrastructure systems, services, and processes.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adaptive and work well under pressures and tight
