Event and Communications Intern | Antler Sweden

Be the right hand to the person interning in Event and Marketing in Sweden. You'll start close, learning how we operate, supporting day-to-day execution across events and community, and earning more ownership as you go. You'll work alongside our founders, our team, and a network of leading tech companies, helping shape and execute the events and community work that make Antler what it is. It's a high-trust, high-ownership role. Some days you're shaping a fireside with a top founder; other days you're solving whatever needs solving so the day runs well. Beyond the office, we run and co-host events across the Swedish ecosystem together with leading partners. You'd be in the middle of all of it.

What you'll do

• Work as the right hand to our platform lead, supporting operations across Sweden and taking on more ownership as you grow into the role
• Help plan and run events, at our office and out in the ecosystem, from intimate founder dinners to larger events we put on together with partners
• Make sure the founders building in our house have what they need, day to day
• Manage communication and logistics across our community
• Help build and strengthen the Nordic founder community
• Pitch in across the Nordics team on whatever needs doing to strengthen Antler's position as a leading early-stage VC in the region

• Genuine interest in startups, not in the logo. You want to work with founders because you find that world interesting, and you can see yourself building a career in or around startups long after this internship ends
• No task is too big or too small. One moment you're prepping a founder session, the next you're solving something practical so an event lands well. You don't need a title to feel good about either. Roll-up-your-sleeves is a default, not a stretch
• You don't wait for tasks - you see what's needed. You understand what Antler, the ecosystem, and our founders need at any given moment, and you act on it. Direction is a starting point, not a requirement
• Highly organized operator. You run multiple things at once without dropping balls. Tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and ambiguity don't throw you off
• Strong communicator. Sharp written and verbal communication. Comfortable around founders, investors, and the people who pass through our doors
• Some foundation. Academic grounding in business or operations, and/or a track record of leading projects, organizing events, or building communities. Bonus if you've run something yourself
