Pioneer Parkway Pantego, Texas 76013\nSchedule: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 7am-4pm\nBasic Function/Job Overview:\nThe Associate Project manager is responsible formanaging smaller projectsthroughout the project life cycle including managing and developing customer relationships, budgets, schedules, billing, closeout,and other project documentation. This position monitorsthe output of vendors, subcontractors, engineering, manufacturing,and installation departments, ensuring contract compliance, and management of project costs. This position is accountable for project client relationships, budgets,and schedules. This position will travel to job sites to attend project meetings, verify scope, site conditions, and acquire\naccuratefield dimensions. This position is also responsible for assistingProject Managers and Senior Project Managers on larger projects.\nResponsibilities:\nSupporting Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on larger projects.\nDevelop and maintaincustomer relationships.\nCommunicates and coordinates with customerfrequentlythroughout the project lifecycle.\n\nDevelops and manages project schedules through entirecustom millwork process based on overall project parameters scope, budget, and customer’sgoals.\nManages and tracks project budgets to include all costs of labor, materials, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.\nMonitor project status through entireprocess including the output during material procurement, engineering, manufacturingand installation for compliance with contract specifications, budgets, and quality.\nManage project contract, billingand all related documentation, including preparation and submission of change orders, information requests, billing documentationand any other contract related documents.\nReview & approvesubmittal drawings and documentation, checking for the scope of work and proper adherence to project specifications.\nCommunicate to customer scopediscrepancies that may affect project price or schedule and create appropriate documentation, i.e.change orders, requests for information, etc.\nAssistin developmentof quotes for changes in scope.\nSelect and manage subcontractors and specialty vendors for adherence to schedule, budget, and scope.\nAttend various customer job site project meetings to representthe Companyas necessary.\nVisit job sites to coordinate delivery, installation, evaluate field conditionsand collect accuratefield dimensions.\nManage multiple projects at different stagessimultaneously.\nManage accurateand detailed record keeping of project documents.\nComplete other projects as assigned.\nKnowledge and skills:\n2years minimum project management experience in custom residential or commercial millwork.\nStrong knowledge of commercial construction and woodworking, design, manufacturing and installation services and operations is required.\nStrong ability to research, evaluate and recommend alternative solutions.\nDemonstrates excellent customer service, interpersonal and relationship skills is required\nDemonstrates strong presentation skillsincluding the ability to speak before groups effectivelyis required.\nAbilityto interact tactfully and effectively with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writingis required.\nExcellent organization skills and ability to work effectively, despite frequent interruptions and changing prioritiesis\nrequired.\n\nStrong project planning, problem solving, decision-making, time managementand business reasoning skills, with attention to detail and accuracyis required.\nAccuracy with mathematical concepts and calculations and basic cost accounting principles.\nStrong ability to accurately read and interpret architectural plans and specifications..\nExcellent personal computer skills in a network environment isrequired.\n\nProficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Cloud Based File Sharing.\nAbilityto work under deadlines and excel under pressure is required.\nShows initiative and demonstratesa self-starter attitude is required.\nKnowledge of layout, shop drawing and construction drawing principles for custom commercial millwork and casework.\nKnowledge and experience with Innergy, Bluebeamor similar software is preferred, but not required.\nKnowledge of job management & planningsoftware desired is preferred, butnot required.\nEducational Requirement:\nBachelor’s degree in related field and 2 or more years’ experience with custom commercial millwork and casework design, constructionand
