You’ll build and assemble custom cabinets, laminate casework, and architectural millwork components used in commercial projects across the U.S.\nThis is a hands-on role ideal for someone with woodworking, cabinet shop, or construction experience who enjoys working with tools and producing high-quality work.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssemble custom cabinets and casework components\nInstall hardware, drawers, doors, and specialty items\nPerform sanding, puttying, and finishing prep work\nCut and prepare cabinet parts as needed\nLaminate cabinets, panels, and countertops\nTrim edges, file surfaces, and clean finished products\nRead and follow shop drawings and cut sheets\nInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met\nMaintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principles\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience with cabinet assembly, woodworking, or production work\nAbility to use hand tools and power tools safely\nAbility to read a tape measure and basic shop drawings\nBasic math skills (measurements, fractions, material calculations)\nStrong attention to detail and quality\nComfortable using basic computer systems for tracking work\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years experience in:\nCabinet assembly\nLaminate casework fabrication\nMillwork or woodworking shop environment\nAbility to read CAD or detailed shop drawings\nKnowledge of AWI quality standards\nExperience with lean manufacturing or 5S systems\nVocational training in woodworking or construction\nWork Environment\nIndoor manufacturing/shop setting (not a travel role)\nStanding, lifting, and working with tools throughout the shift\nTeam-based production environment\nAbout Anton Cabinetry\nWe design, fabricate, and install custom cabinetry, commercial casework, and architectural millwork for projects nationwide.
