Pioneer Parkway Pantego, Texas 76013\nAbout the Role\nAnton Cabinetry is looking for a strong, decisive Engineering Manager to lead the transformation of our engineering and design team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to a fast-paced commercial millwork operation.\nIf you are energized by fixing broken workflows, standardizing processes, elevating teams, and restoring healthy collaboration between Engineering and Production - this is the role where you will make a visible impact every single day.\nWe are a $30M architectural millwork firm with 50 years of history and a growing pipeline of healthcare and commercial projects. The relationship between Engineering and Production is the heartbeat of our operation. This position is central to strengthening that bridge.\nWhat You’ll Lead\n1. Standardize and elevate engineering output\nWe need a leader who can:\nEstablish consistent drawing standards for both shop drawings and production drawings\nAlign the team around one way of doing things\nImprove accuracy and reduce variation across engineers\nStrengthen internal review processes\nEnsure predictable, high-quality release packages to the shop\n2. Coach, develop, and hold engineers accountable\nYou will lead a team of:\nProject Design Managers, Engineers / Designers, and Outsourced drafters\nYour leadership will:\nRaise expectations, build discipline, drive training consistency, and create a culture of ownership and follow-through.\n3. Rebuild the rhythm between Engineering & Production\nThis role is the bridge between upstream engineering work and downstream shop flow.\nYou will:\nWork closely with the Director of Production\nImprove predictability of releases\nReduce rework and late surprises\nEstablish a dependable weekly schedule\nBring clarity, communication, and stability to the process\n4.
