routers, beam saw, edge bander, dowel machines, drum sander, table saw, planer and molder.\nAssistwith reviewing production packages/blueprints andprioritizethe production process to achieve quality, productivity,and on-time standards.\nApplyContinuous Improvement principles to decrease cycle times and setup times.\nResponsible for implementation and sustainment of 5S activities.\nWork efficiently to complete projects on schedule.\nAdhere to safety practices and ensure proper use of all tools and machinery.\nParticipate in continuous improvement processes.\nSome extended hours may be requiredto meet deadlines.\nQualifications:\nYou must have strong communicationskills and be willing to work with others in a team environment.\n3 Years minimum hand-on experience as a CNC Operator with cabinetry or millwork experience.\nKnowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (5S, A3, Standard Works) in an environment of continuous improvement.\nConstruction and/or woodworking vocational training.\nAdditional Preferred Skills:\nEffective organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and good knowledge of woodworking manufacturing quality improvement processes.\nEffective problem-solving skills.\nComputer
