Pioneer Parkway Pantego, Texas 76013\nBasic Function/Job Overview:\nThis position is responsible for laying out, fitting, and installing customized, pre-finished, and plastic laminate clad cabinets according to Company quality standards. This position is also responsible for job site supervision of a crew of workers and utilization of their skills to get jobs done in accordance with Company standards. This job requires ability to arrive and depart directly from a job site as assigned. This position has a dual reporting relationship because the nature of the job is to perform\nPrimary Job Responsibilities:\nLead the layout, fitting, scribing and installation of various typesof cabinetryand related millwork per architectural drawings for each assigned job.\nWork as liaison with jobsite superintendent, project managerand other team members to complete all projects according to Company standards.\nComplete and supervise the submission of team member time cards, daily progress reports and field changes orders in accordance toCompany policy.\nVerify information on installation package drawings and shipping lists.\nAttendcontractor heldmeetings to report issues, progress and safety and required by job contract.\n\nEnsure all Anton Cabinetry safety procedures are followed.\nEssential Duties & Requirements:\nAbility to work extended hours to meet deadlines. \nAbility to stand and climb and stand on ladders and/or scaffolding, for extended periods. \nThis position requires ability to think creatively,read English, write English, read blue printsand other architectural drawings,\nAbility to see, talk, understand and speak Englishand hear. \nAbility to research, evaluate and recommend alternatives.\nGood eye-hand coordination and proficiencywith specialty power tools, such as a miter saw, table saw, router, biscuit cutter,sanderand circular saw.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with team members and/or clients.\nAbility to occasionally lift and/or move items up to 150 pounds and frequentlylift and/or move 75 pounds. \nStrong knowledge of mathematical principles, including but not limited to basic geometry, counting, reading tape measures, calculating angles and radii rise and run, and calculation of fractions.\nAbilityto regularly satisfy criminal background and substance abuse test standards is also required.\nRequired Knowledge and Skills:\nWillingness/ ability to travel out of town frequently, as assignments require.\nAbility to work overtime as required.\nGood clerical skills - Able to read, write and organize Company paperwork.\nMaintain a professional appearance and attitude.\nAbility to read blueprint-type drawings and/or layout, shop drawings and construction drawings for customized casework or millwork.\nAccuracy and efficiency in laying out and fitting casework and millwork without the need for touch up.\nAbility to interact tactfully and effectively with a wide variety of individuals in person and via telephone.\nProficiencywith specialty tools such as a miter saw, table saw, router, biscuit cutter, circular sawand belt sander.\nSkill and accuracy with mathematical concepts and calculations.\nStrong ability to calculate various angles, rise and run distances and other measurements related to customized casework and millwork.\nStrong understanding of carpentry and engineering principles, standardsand terminology.\nDemonstrated good eye-hand coordination.\nGood safety practices record.\nDesired Knowledge and Skills:\nKnowledge of Anton Cabinetry’s products, servicesand manufacturing operations.\nKnowledge of the commercial casework and millwork industry.\nGood communicationand time management skills.\nAbility to work well under timepressure.\nSelf-management and sound decision-making skills.\nExperience Required Educational Equivalent:\n2 years or more layingout, cuttingand fitting custom prefinished or laminate clad casework and millwork experience.\n1 year or more experience managing work crews and jobsites in a similar industry.\nA valid driver’s license and good drivingrecord-free from multiple moving violations or DUIs.\nTraining, Certificationand/or Educational Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or
