Pioneer Parkway Pantego, Texas 76013\nCompensation: $18-$22/hr (depends on experience)\nSchedule: Monday - Thursday 6am-4pm, Friday 6am-3pm (occasional overtime)\nWhat You’ll Do:\nHelps arrange common carrier shipments. Prepare, weighand record outgoing shipments.\nVerify quantity, quality, and accuracy of contents in incoming shipments as compared to packing slips.\nProperly log shipping and receiving documentation for all shipments.\nAssistswith the loading/unloading of trucks.\nPerforms all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.\nUnpacks, examinesand routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Receives and processes all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.\nReceive and deliver all incoming packages.\nMonitor receiving area and prepare product to ensure it is put away in a safe and timelymanner\nMaintains physical condition of hardwareroomaccording to 5S standards. \n\nUses company’slift truck safety training program and trains operators of the lift truck annually.\nResponsible for the overall inventory including maintainingreorder points, on hand countsand the overallsafety and quality of stocked materials.Monitors and reviews information from materials, events, or the environment to assess problemsor determinewhen items should be classified as dead stock.\n\nEnsure continuous improvement principles are followed by assigned team members\nComplete other duties as assigned.\nPO Status - On a daily basis verify delivery status of all open, pendingand backordered PO’susing various reporting tools and communication media communicatedelivery status information to production and project managers.\nOrganizepaperwork - Organizeall company related paperwork in a manner that allows for efficient use of space and time.\nCommunicates on a regular basis via email with production and project managers in regards tothe status of all pertinent purchase orders.\nEssential Duties & Requirements\nAbility to stand, sit, stoop, climb ladders and scaffolding, and move from location to location. Ability to see and hear is required.
