on-time execution of product and service billing processes, ensuring the correct application of taxes and tax rules applicable to each operation.\nAct in an integrated manner with the Sales, Logistics and Financial areas, contributing to the correct execution of operations and preventing tax inconsistencies.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute and monitor the billing process for products and services, ensuring accuracy of information and compliance with established deadlines.\nIssue, check, cancel and correct invoices in SAP, ensuring compliance with fiscal and tax requirements and internal procedures.\nAnalyze the nature of billing operations and correctly identify taxes, rates, withholdings and other tax incidences applicable to each operation.\nCarry out tax verification of invoices, identifying possible differences related to taxation before invoicing is completed.\nMonitor changes in fiscal and tax rules that may impact billing processes, working together with the responsible areas.\nMonitor and execute processes related to rejections, returns, credit/debit notes, cancellations and other necessary adjustments.\nWork together with the Commercial, Logistics and Financial areas to analyze and resolve situations related to billing.\nSupport internal and external customers in clarifying doubts related to invoices, taxes and billing processes.\nPrepare and support monthly billing reports, controls and reconciliations.\nIdentify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in processes, contributing to greater safety, efficiency and compliance of operations.\nThis position is also open to people with disabilities.\n Key Requirements\nCompleted higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas.\nSolid experience in billing and tax routines.\nPractical experience in analyzing taxes and their implications in product sales and service provision operations.\nExperience with issuing, checking and processing tax documents.\nTechnical Knowledge\nIt is essential to have consistent knowledge of fiscal and tax legislation applied to billing, with the ability to understand and analyze the incidence of taxes according to each type of operation.\nExpected knowledge:\nNF-e and NFS-e;\nTaxes levied on billing operations and their respective application rules;\nERP systems, preferably SAP or equivalent;\nExcel at an intermediate or advanced level.\nSkills\nAnalytical ability, organization, attention to detail, proactivity, interpersonal relationships, problem solving, process vision, sense of urgency and criticality for fiscal
