Read on and discover how you can strengthen our team!\n As a Field Service Engineer, you are the face of Anton Paar and play a crucial role in supporting our customers.\nYou are responsible for the maintenance and calibration of advanced measurement and analytical instruments. You work independently at customer sites across a wide range of industries.\nIn this varied role, you combine technical expertise with a strong customer focus. You analyze technical issues, provide effective solutions, and ensure that our instruments perform at their best. In addition, you provide users with advice and training, helping our customers get the most out of their equipment.\n Responsibilities\nProvide technical support to customers by phone and email.\nTroubleshoot technical issues on-site and carry out service and repair activities, including the evaluation of malfunctioning instruments.\nCoordinate and perform on-site repairs and preventive maintenance in accordance with established procedures and standards.\nCreate and maintain service reports for completed customer visits in our CRM system.\nCommunicate and collaborate with other teams, including Applications, Helpdesks, and Service Administration.\nPerform administrative tasks related to the CRM service module, ensuring that all support tickets and service orders are correctly registered and maintained.\nManage your own inventory, spare parts, and tools.\n A degree in Engineering, Electronics, or an equivalent technical qualification.\nExperience in servicing laboratory or analytical instruments is an advantage.\nThe ability to work independently, combined with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.\nGood administrative skills and the ability to work accurately with our CRM system.\nStrong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nWillingness to travel throughout the Netherlands and, occasionally, to our headquarters for technical
