This position plays a key role in creating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base for our precision measuring instruments, particularly high-volume product lines such as SVM, Abbemat, DMA, and SNAP. As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for proactively generating leads, qualifying and developing opportunities through various digital communication channels. You will engage with customers, support virtual and in-person sales activities, and work closely with field sales representatives to maximize results.\nCore Responsibilities\nResearch, identify, and qualify new leads and business opportunities through online research, databases, and industry-specific platforms\nCraft and send targeted email aswell as outbound calls to engage prospects, educate them on Anton Paar’s product offerings, and convert them into sales opportunities.\nReview inactive or closed opportunities to identify renewed interest and possible re-engagement.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups, addressing client inquiries, and keeping potential customers engaged\nWork closely with the outside sales team, product experts, and marketing department to develop strategies that drive sales growth\nParticipate in trade shows and seminars, as needed, to support business development and enhance brand visibility.\nMaintain a deep understanding of Anton Paar's measurement instruments and their applications across various industries to effectively respond to customer needs.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and activity logs in the CRM system. \n Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environment, is typically preferred. \nProven track record of success in technical sales. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customer at all levels.\nKnowledge of measurement instruments, technology, or industrial products (desired)\nStrong sales acumen, negotiation skills, ability to close deal effectively. \nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of the team. \nFamiliarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales analytics tools.\nHave the
