The Laboratory Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the demonstration laboratory, ensuring it remains safe, organised and ready to support customer demonstrations, training and internal testing. A key part of the role will be ensuring that our demonstration instruments are maintained to a high standard and readily available to support the sales teams and wider organisation. The successful candidate will help create a professional, customer-ready laboratory environment that showcases Anton Paar instrumentation at its best.\n Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and organisation of the demonstration laboratory\nEnsure laboratory activities are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant Health & Safety requirements, including COSHH and risk assessments.\nMaintain and develop laboratory safety procedures, SOPs and associated documentation.\nManage the demonstration instrument inventory, ensuring equipment is available, operational and maintained to the required standard.\nSupport the installation, configuration and movement of demonstration equipment.\nManage laboratory consumables, chemical inventory, samples, gases, accessories and other essential supplies.\nSupport customer events, open days, product launches and other marketing activities held within the laboratory.\nBecome a member of the company fire marshal and first aider team (training provided)\n A good understanding of laboratory Health & Safety requirements, including COSHH and risk assessments.\nPrevious experience working within a laboratory, technical or scientific environment.
