We are looking for a Occupational Health and Safety Technician to work with a focus on HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), supporting Anton Paar’s operations with clients, especially regarding employee onboarding, management and submission of legal documentation, and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

This professional will play a key role as an interface between Anton Paar and its clients, ensuring that all HSE legal and regulatory requirements are met in an organized, accurate, and timely manner.

  • Provide support to clients in employee onboarding processes, including registrations in client portals and compliance with specific HSE requirements
  • Organize, control, and submit Occupational Health and Safety documentation, such as medical certificates (ASO), training records, certificates, and legal documents
  • Control and delivery of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Ensure compliance with current Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) legislation
  • Support the management of documents related to regulatory standards (NRs), PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, and other legal requirements
  • Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to align safety requirements
  • Support preventive actions, safety guidance, and best practices in the workplace

This position is also open to people with disabilities.

  • Technical degree in Occupational Health and Safety, with active professional registration
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety documentation
  • Experience or familiarity with HSE
  • Experience with employee onboarding processes at client sites
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulatory standards (NRs)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with client portals for document submission and management
  • Basic to intermediate English
