Mantraは、マンガ翻訳に特化した法人向けクラウドサービス「Mantra Engine」を提供しています。また、SaaSとしてのMantra Engineに限らず、出版社や配信事業者などとエンターテインメントの海外展開に関わるさまざまなプロジェクトを行なっております。
プロジェクトの例：
マンガ翻訳クラウド『Mantra Engine』が集英社マンガ作品の多言語サイマル配信支援を開始
toB事業の開発チームは、現在はフルタイム１名+業務委託数名の少数のチームで開発を行っています。今後より一層事業を拡大していくために、チームを拡大し開発サイクルを加速させていきます。
また、チームの拡大や成長に伴って、スケールに耐えうる安定したシステムの構築や、開発プロセスの整備など、新たに取り組むべき課題も多くあります。現状、エンジニアリングマネージャーやテックリードの経験のあるメンバーがいないため、手探りで試行錯誤している状況です。そのため、MantraのtoB事業の開発チームをリードをしていただけるエンジニアを募集しております。
Mantra provides "Mantra Engine," a cloud service for corporations specializing in manga translation. Beyond Mantra Engine as a SaaS solution, we also undertake various projects related to the overseas expansion of entertainment content with publishers, distributors, and other partners.

The toB business development team currently consists of a small team of one full-time member and several contractors. To further expand the business, we will grow the team and accelerate the development cycle.
As the team grows, we face new challenges: building a stable system capable of scaling and establishing robust development processes. Currently, we lack members with engineering management or tech lead experience, so we're navigating these areas through trial and error. Therefore, we are seeking an engineer to lead Mantra's B2B business development team.
業務内容/Scope of Work
- 技術的な意思決定を含む、Webサービスの設計・開発・運用
- エンジニアチームのマネジメント（業務委託中心に4人程度）
事業戦略や目標に基づく、開発ロードマップの構築・管理
生産性向上のための、開発プロセスの改善や、技術的負債の解消
ユーザーインタビューやデータ解析に基づく、ユーザー課題の抽出および機能の仕様検討
開発が中心となるプロジェクトのリード（顧客とのAPI仕様検討など）
- Design, development, and operation of web services, including technical decision-making
- Management of an engineering team (approximately 4 members, primarily contract employees)
- Creation and management of development roadmaps based on business strategies and goals
- Improvement of development processes and resolution of technical debt to enhance productivity
- Identification of user challenges and specification of features based on user interviews and data analysis
- Leadership of development-focused projects (e.g., discussing API specifications with clients)

必須スキル/Required Skills
- 一定規模の商用サービスにおけるバックエンドAPI、DB設計およびフロントエンド開発の経験
- Webサービスのフロントエンドからバックエンドまでの実装経験
サービス開発において、機能の仕様検討から実装、テスト、リリースまでの一連の開発プロセスをリードした経験
非日本語話者と最低限の意思疎通が可能なレベルの英語力
スピーキングの流暢さは重視しません
Experience in backend API and database design, as well as frontend development, for commercial services of a certain scale
Experience implementing web services from frontend to backend
Experience leading the entire development process-from feature specification and design through implementation, testing, and release-in service development
English proficiency sufficient for basic communication with non-Japanese speakers
Fluency in spoken English is not a requirement

- 大規模サービスのバックエンドおよびインフラ設計、運用、構築経験
スクラム等のアジャイルな開発プロセスの推進経験
Experience leading a team of three or more engineers (e.g., Engineering Manager, Tech Lead)
Experience designing, operating, and building backend systems and infrastructure for large-scale services
Experience driving agile development processes such as Scrum
