Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting with hiring and building a strong, diverse team that thrives in a collaborative and inclusive environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\n· Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability and reliability.\n· Work in a cloud-agnostic environment and sometimes on bare metal, deploying and maintaining critical infrastructure.\n· Oversee S3 storage, and handle databases and backup operations, ensuring they are secure and resilient.\n· Automate manual processes and implement monitoring solutions to maintain the platform’s performance and stability.\nWhat You Bring\nWe understand that no one ticks every box, and that’s okay. If you are driven, humble, and have a growth mindset, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.\nKey Qualifications:\n· 4+ years of experience in DevOps development.\n· Expertise in Linux administration, Kubernetes (K8S), and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)\n· Strong skills in monitoring and/or automation\n· Experience with on-prem environments\n· Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and open to learning from others.\nIt’s a bonus if you have experience with backend development and familiarity with CEPH and S3.
