At TSS, you will help develop technology used by leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide to monitor temperature-sensitive medicines throughout the supply chain, ensuring they are stored and transported under the right conditions from production to the patient.\nAbout the role\nAs Lead Embedded & IoT Engineer, you will take a key technical role in the continued development of TSS’s connected products. You will work end-to-end across TSS’s physical and connected products, from electronics, sensors and embedded firmware in the loggers to gateways, cloud integration and TSS applications.\nThe role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership and technical direction. You will help drive priorities, support the team in technical decisions and collaborate closely with other engineering functions and external partners. This is a senior individual contributor role where you lead through technical expertise and collaboration.\nYou will, among other things:\nWork with electronics, sensors, embedded firmware and connected devices.\n\nDrive technical decisions across hardware, firmware and connectivity.\n\nContribute to the rollout of a new IoT gateway platform across TSS’s global gateway fleet.\n\nWork with verification, technical troubleshooting, failure analysis, industrialization and taking products into production.\n\nSupport other engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.\n\nThe role is based at TSS’s office in Solna, with a hybrid setup where the team typically works from the office 2-3 days per week.\nAbout you\nWe are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong hands-on background in hardware, electronics and embedded systems, combined with experience from connected products or IoT.\nYou enjoy staying close to the technology, solving complex technical challenges and taking ownership across technical areas.\nWe believe you have:\nEmbedded firmware and hardware/software integration experience.\n\nExperience with sensors, measurement devices or similar physical products.\n\nExperience taking products through verification and into production.\n\nExperience leading technical work, supporting engineering teams or driving complex engineering initiatives.\n\nA Master’s degree in engineering, electronics, embedded systems or a related technical field.\n\nFluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.\n\nExperience with BLE, USB,
