We expect you to actively leverage tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar, and to be skilled in context engineering and orchestrating agents to systematically improve architectural decisions, implementation speed, and code quality.\nYou will work on:\nVideo solutions based on WebRTC and MediaSoup\n\nModern web-based SaaS services\n\nImprovements to scalability, performance, security, and UX\n\nAutomated flows for sign-up, onboarding, and online sales\n\nIntegrations with external systems, for example Stripe and eID services\n\nTechnically, we work with:\nReact and Node.js\n\nPostgreSQL\n\nKeycloak (identity and authentication)\n\nDocker and Kubernetes\n\nCI/CD and automation as a natural part of the workflow\n\nWho we think you are\nYou’ve built enough to know what holds up over time. You take ownership of the bigger picture, not just your part of the codebase, and you enjoy environments where technical decisions, structure, and product go hand in hand.\nWe believe you:\nHave several years of experience as a fullstack developer\n\nAre confident with Node.js and modern web applications, or have a strong backend background and want to work more fullstack\n\nHave a solid understanding of security, performance, and scalability in distributed systems\n\nAre used to container-based environments and see automation as the default\n\nAre curious, pragmatic, and enjoy improving both code and ways of working\n\nRight now, we’re modernizing our platform, building new modules, and scaling our SaaS offerings.
