and requirement-gathering workshops to understand business objectives, processes, pain points, and requirements.\n\n Document business requirements and translate them into clear use cases, process flows, customer journeys, and functional requirements.\n\nSupport Business Solution Consultants in designing solutions using Antsomi’s ecosystem, including CDP, Marketing Automation, Loyalty, Ecommerce, and Gamification.\n\nConfigure and validate standard business use cases on Antsomi platforms under guidance from senior consultants.\n\nSupport key implementation activities including solution validation, UAT, user training, go-live, and post-launch support.\n\nPerform basic validation of customer data, business rules, customer journeys, segments, campaigns, and platform configurations.\n\nWork with Technical Solution Consultants, Data Services, Platform Operations, Product, and Technology teams to clarify requirements and resolve implementation issues.\n\nPrepare and maintain business requirements, solution documents, user guides, meeting notes, and other project documentation.\n\nMonitor assigned tasks and customer requirements to ensure commitments are completed on time.\n\nSupport the tracking of solution adoption and identify potential areas for improvement.\n\nContinuously build knowledge across Antsomi products, customer engagement use cases, and industry best practices.\n\nGradually take ownership of standard use cases and smaller customer projects as your consulting capabilities develop.\n\nYêu cầu\n\n2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, CRM, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Loyalty, Customer Engagement, MarTech, SaaS Implementation, or a related field.\n\nGood analytical and structured problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into clear processes or functional requirements.\n\nBasic understanding of at least one of the following areas:\r\n\n CRM / Customer Data Platform\n\n Digital Marketing / Marketing Automation\n\nCustomer Journey & Engagement\n\nLoyalty & Rewards\n\nEcommerce\n\nComfortable working with technology, data, and digital platforms.\n\nGood communication and presentation skills.\n\nGood documentation skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to collaborate with both business and technical teams.\n\nGood English communication skills for meetings, documentation, and presentations.\n\nStrong willingness to learn new products, technologies, and business domains.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, Braze, Insider, MoEngage, or similar CRM, CDP, MarTech, Loyalty, or Ecommerce platforms.\n\nBasic knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, event tracking, or system integrations.\n\nExperience creating customer journeys, segmentation, campaigns, loyalty programs, or Ecommerce use cases.\n\nExperience working with B2B or enterprise customers.\n\nExperience in industries such as Retail, F&B, Ecommerce, FMCG.\n\nFamiliarity with tools for process mapping, requirements management, analytics, or project
