You'll work on some of the hardest problem statements like memory, persona engineering, and evals.\nWhat You Will Do\nTalk to users & analyse a ton of user data\n\nDevelop deep user empathy by understanding motivations, behaviours, and emotional needs based on how they are interacting with our platform\n\nDefine and own key metrics like retention, engagement and activation\n\nConstantly think of new features, design user journeys, and lead 0-1 product development.\n\nBuild evaluation rubrics (persona consistency, accuracy, sycophancy) for the agent's responses\n\nStay on top of AI research (internally and externally) to understand what's emerging and what it means for users\n\nPrototype rapidly using tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate the product development lifecycle and fast-forward to production-ready products.\n\nYou Might be a Good Fit if You\nValue first principles thinking, craft, taste, and intuition as much as execution.\nHave a track record as a founder or 3+ years in product management, with experience launching new products and scaling existing products.\n\nPossess a deep technical background with experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams to ship technical products.\n\nAre proficient with analysing lots of data to measure engagement depth, product quality, and user satisfaction with exposure to tools like posthog, mixpanel. Ability to draw core user insights based on this data.\n\nBonus\nExperience with AI products - you've worked on products where LLM output quality was the core problem\n\nBackground in QA, evaluation, or user research for subjective/open-ended systems\n\nYou've worked at an early-stage startup where your role was defined by what the product needed, not a job title\n\nUnderstanding of the Indian consumer market - cultural context, regional differences, language preferences\n\nAnnual Salary:\n45-65 LPA + Needle Moving ESOPs.
