Our product is Vaya - an AI-powered Vedic astrology app used by millions.\nThe Research team owns two outcomes - First: becoming the company's authority on Vedic astrology. Second: breaking down real astrologer mechanics into fundamentals that our engineers can build digital personas on. Write benchmarks for the digital personas.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild domain authority and write documents on astrology concepts that will help engineers ship your findings\n\nBreakdown astrologer personas into clear metrics - traits, modus operandi and vocabulary. Map to our AI agents\n\nSource & vet SME’s, modern and traditional astrological authorities and texts\n\nNetwork and engage and modern practitioners\n\nDesign and conduct case studies and experiments with practitioners\n\nCreate benchmarks for metrics to evaluate persona performance\n\nDiscover new concepts and refine understanding of existing until all questions are answered\n\nWhat we look for\nAbility to write documents that convey the message without any fluff\n\nFirst principles thinking to break down obscure and layered concepts clearly with logic at each step\n\nPublished papers, articles showcasing your findings and depth of understanding in a domain\n\nProven proficiency at extracting information from conversational transcripts, incoherent textbooks or within non falsifiable domains\n\n3+ years in a research role at a startup or as a domain research consultant\n\nInterview Procedure\nIntro call: 15 minutes to get to know you, after that any questions you might have to get to know us better.\nProcess includes a call with a team member to -\nAssess your fit from a culture perspective\n\nGive you time to ask questions\n\nAssignment: Candidates shortlisted after the initial call are given a take home assignment to be submitted in 48 hours.\nFinal Round: Process includes a call with the CEO to -\nDiscuss your approach in solving the assignment\n\nAssess your fit from a technical perspective\n\nDiscuss past roles and responsibilities\n\nHow We Work\nWe care about craft obsessively.
