Je coacht engineers zodat zij het platform zelfstandig kunnen ontwikkelen en beheren.\nJe geeft richting zonder het eigenaarschap van het team over te nemen.\nWat ga je doen?\nOntwerpen en realiseren van het Event Platform, met self-service en multitenancy als centrale ontwerpprincipes\nNeerzetten van een architectuur die schaalt van ~10 event stromen nu naar ~40 op korte termijn en richting 300 op termijn\nHands-on meebouwen aan infrastructuur, herbruikbare bouwblokken en self-service capabilities\nHet team helpen bij complexe AWS- en eventingvraagstukken\nCoachen van backend- en cloud engineers in professioneel werken met AWS\nOpleveren van hoogwaardige, overdraagbare deliverables: architectuurbeslissingen, standaarden, patronen en documentatie\nSamenwerken met architecten, productmanagement, het Datahub-team en producer- en consumerteams\nWe zoeken iemand die per direct kan starten en beschikbaar is t/m 31 december 2027.\nDe opdracht is voor 40 uur per week. We werken hybride binnen ANWB, waarbij we er vanuit gaan dat je 50% van je tijd op kantoor werkt.\nHet maximale tarief is €130 per uur.\nJe komt terecht in het Integration Platforms Enablement (IP&E) team binnen de Developer Experience Tribe. IP&E beheert de centrale integratieplatformen van de ANWB: API Management, Managed File Transfer, het Event Platform en de ESB.\nHet team werkt volgens platformprincipes, met de 300+ software engineers van de ANWB als primaire klant. Het bestaat uit twee analisten waarvan één de rol van Solution Architect vervuld, drie Java Backend Engineers en drie Cloud Engineers. De kennis van AWS en eventgedreven architectuur groeit nog.
