Join our highly talented and motivated team of more than 200 people and work at the intersection of cutting-edge robotics and some of the world’s most complex industrial environments.\nThe Opportunity\nAs our Deal Desk / Commercial Sales Support professional, you will help build the commercial infrastructure that enables our global Sales organisation to operate efficiently as ANYbotics scales.\nYou will take ownership of the operational flow around our deals, from pricing and quoting through contracting, approvals, purchase orders, order entry, invoicing and renewals. Working across Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations, you will become the central coordination point that keeps commercial activity moving accurately and efficiently.\nThis is both an execution and process-improvement role. Today, parts of the commercial process span HubSpot, SAP and manual workflows, creating unnecessary administration for Sales and inconsistent handoffs between teams. You will help simplify and standardise these processes, remove bottlenecks and build more scalable ways of working.\nThe impact should be very tangible: fewer delays, cleaner commercial processes and more time for our salespeople to spend with customers.\nThe Market & Our Technology\nANYbotics transforms industrial environments by bringing autonomous robotic inspection to applications where work can be difficult, repetitive or hazardous.\nOur ANYmal robots combine advanced mobility, sensing, autonomy and AI to inspect complex industrial facilities. Our deals do not stop when a contract is signed. growth.\nYour Contributions\nOwn and coordinate the commercial process across pricing, quoting, contracting, internal approvals, purchase orders, system entry, invoicing and renewals.\n\nAct as a central point of coordination between Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations, keeping live deals moving and resolving operational blockers.\n\nReduce the administrative burden on Sales by creating clear ownership, reliable handoffs and repeatable commercial workflows.\n\nImprove how commercial information flows between HubSpot, SAP and downstream Finance and Operations processes.\n\nEstablish consistent pricing, quoting, contracting and approval processes with appropriate controls and clear visibility.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks and manual workarounds in the current process and implement practical improvements that increase speed, accuracy and scalability.\n\nYour Profile\nHands-on experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management or a closely related role.\n\nExperience working across multiple stages of the deal-to-cash or quote-to-cash process rather than specialising in only one step.\n\nPractical experience with areas such as pricing and quoting, contracts, approval workflows, purchase orders, order entry and invoicing handoffs.\n\nStrong CRM capability and confidence working with structured opportunity, customer and commercial data.\n\nHighly organised and accurate, with the ability to manage multiple live deals, stakeholders, priorities and deadlines.\n\nStrong cross-functional coordination skills and confidence working with Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations.\n\nA process-improvement mindset, with examples of simplifying workflows, removing bottlenecks or improving the way commercial teams operate.\n\nComfortable in a highly hands-on role where success comes from making the commercial machinery work better day to day.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience with SAP or another ERP / order-management platform.\n\nExperience with HubSpot.\n\nExperience with CPQ, pricing governance, approval matrices or commercial policies.\n\nExperience owning renewals, order entry, invoicing coordination or other downstream activities after contract signature.\n\nExperience in a B2B technology company with an established Deal Desk or structured enterprise sales process.\n\nExposure to hardware + software, industrial technology, robotics or another environment where commercial orders lead to physical delivery or
