Our mobile robot, ANYmal, uses legs for extreme mobility in complex environments, camera- and LIDAR-based sensing for full autonomy, and AI for high-quality inspection results. With software developed almost entirely in-house, ANYmal performs autonomous inspection missions for large asset operators and industrial service providers pioneering robotics technology for inspection and maintenance.\nYour Contributions\nLead Deployment Projects: Lead complex, multi-site customer projects from onboarding through to operational autonomy. Ensure smooth deployments, manage timelines and value delivery.\nStakeholder & Change Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and operations teams. Drive user adoption by navigating organizational dynamics, identifying resistance, and championing the value of robotics within their operational culture.\nField Operations Leadership: Coordinate the operational work of field technicians and internal specialists. Set priorities, allocate resources, and resolve on-site hurdles to maintain project momentum and quality.\nTrusted Advisory: Consult with global industrial clients to integrate robotics into their broader business workflows. Act as the bridge between their operational challenges and our technical teams, ensuring our roadmap aligns with their needs.\nValue Realization & Training: Lead training and enablement sessions for diverse audiences, from on-the-ground operators to plant management, tailoring your approach to maximize user confidence and system utilization.\nStrategic Feedback Loop: Translate field insights and recurring operational themes into actionable requirements for our Product and R&D teams, ensuring the voice of the customer drives our innovation.\nYour Profile\nEducation: Degree in engineering, robotics or a related field\nExperience: Proven track record in customer-facing role, ideally within robotics, industrial automation, or complex technical systems.\nCommunication: Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to both executive leadership and operational teams.
