We're looking for Financial Analysts and Accounting Experts with practical experience in financial modeling, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.\nYou'll develop and validate realistic financial tasks that assess whether AI agents can analyze financial information, build accurate models, identify discrepancies, interpret financial statements, and complete complex professional workflows. Your expertise will help establish reliable reference solutions and meaningful evaluation criteria.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign realistic financial analysis and accounting tasks based on corporate finance and business operations.\n\nBuild and validate financial models, forecasts, operating budgets, and cash flow projections.\n\nAnalyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and supporting financial documentation.\n\nPrepare financial reconciliations, journal entry analyses, and variance reports.\n\nDevelop tasks involving financial planning, investment analysis, valuation, and business performance assessment.\n\nIdentify inconsistencies, missing transactions, incorrect formulas, and reconciliation errors.\n\nCreate reference solutions with transparent calculations, documented assumptions, and verifiable financial outputs.\n\nReview AI-generated financial analyses for accuracy, completeness, and logical consistency.\n\nCollaborate with technical contributors to establish reproducible tasks and objective evaluation criteria.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nA bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.\n\nSubstantial professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, auditing, FP&A, or corporate finance.\n\nStrong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial modeling.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including financial formulas, data analysis, and model validation.\n\nExperience preparing financial forecasts, budgets, reconciliations, or management reports.\n\nAbility to interpret complex financial documentation and identify inconsistencies.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and attention to numerical accuracy.\n\nAbility to explain financial assumptions, calculations, and conclusions clearly.\n\nStrong written English communication skills.\n\nNice to have\nCPA, ACCA, CFA, or another relevant professional certification.\n\nExperience with IFRS, US GAAP, or other recognized accounting frameworks.\n\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.\n\nFamiliarity with financial
