Your evaluations will help improve both the customer experience and the technical reliability of AI systems.\nWhat you’ll do\nReview AI-generated customer service responses and technical content.\n\nEvaluate responses for clarity, helpfulness, natural language, and overall quality.\n\nAssess technical correctness using your coding knowledge.\n\nRead, validate, and troubleshoot JSON, identifying structural and formatting issues.\n\nCheck outputs for formatting accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.\n\nProvide clear, well-reasoned feedback explaining your evaluations.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nFluency in one or more of the supported language varieties listed below.\n\nA solid understanding of JSON, including syntax, structure, validation, and troubleshooting.\n\nCoding knowledge sufficient to assess technical content and identify errors.\n\nStrong judgment when evaluating customer service responses.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.\n\nAbility to follow detailed evaluation guidelines consistently.\n\nSupported languages/locales\nDutch - Netherlands\n\nWelsh - United Kingdom\n\nFrench - Canada\n\nGerman - Germany\n\nItalian - Italy\n\nPortuguese - Brazil\n\nGreek - Greece\n\nNice to have\nPrevious experience in AI evaluation, quality assurance, or technical support.\n\nExperience working with APIs and structured data.\n\nA background in customer service, software development, or technical writing.\n\nVoice response instructions\nWhen completing the voice response, speak naturally and spontaneously, as if responding in real time. Do not pre-plan, write, or script your answer-we are evaluating natural voice cadence.\nResponses may be up to one minute long.
