We're looking for 3D Designers, Animators, and Digital Artists with practical experience in 3D modeling, animation, rendering, visual effects, and digital content production.\nYou'll develop and validate realistic creative production tasks that assess whether AI agents can interpret visual requirements, manipulate complex 3D assets, create accurate models and animations, and complete professional digital production workflows. Your expertise will help establish reliable reference solutions and meaningful evaluation criteria.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign realistic 3D production tasks based on professional modeling, animation, rendering, and visual effects workflows.\n\nCreate and modify 3D models, materials, textures, lighting setups, and scene compositions.\n\nDevelop tasks involving mesh editing, UV mapping, rigging, animation, and asset preparation.\n\nPrepare and validate technical specifications for 3D assets, including dimensions, topology, file formats, and rendering requirements.\n\nWork with existing project files to identify modeling errors, missing assets, broken materials, and scene inconsistencies.\n\nDevelop reference scenes and visual outputs that demonstrate correct task completion.\n\nReview AI-generated 3D models, animation sequences, and project files for visual and technical accuracy.\n\nDefine objective evaluation criteria covering geometry, structure, asset completeness, and production requirements.\n\nCollaborate with technical contributors to build reproducible creative workflows and evaluation tasks.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nA degree in 3D Animation, Digital Arts, Computer Graphics, Game Development, Design, or a related field, or an equivalent professional portfolio.\n\nSubstantial professional experience in 3D modeling, animation, visual effects, or digital asset production.\n\nStrong proficiency with at least one major 3D production tool, such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Houdini.\n\nSolid understanding of 3D geometry, modeling techniques, materials, lighting, and rendering workflows.\n\nAbility to interpret creative briefs, technical specifications, and production requirements.\n\nExperience working with complex project files, multiple assets, and structured production pipelines.\n\nStrong visual judgment and attention to technical detail.\n\nAbility to document production workflows and clearly explain creative and technical decisions.\n\nStrong written English communication skills.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in game development, animation studios, architectural visualization, or VFX production.\n\nFamiliarity with Unreal Engine, Unity, or real-time rendering workflows.\n\nExperience with procedural modeling, simulation, or node-based workflows.\n\nKnowledge of Python scripting or production workflow automation.\n\nExperience with USD, FBX, glTF, or other professional 3D asset formats.\n\nPrevious experience reviewing AI-generated visual content or developing creative
