financial statement preparation, consolidation, cash flow reporting, disclosures, and technical accounting assessments.\n\nDevelop reference solutions with reconciled statements, supporting schedules, and clearly documented accounting judgments.\n\nEvaluate agents mapping trial balances, preparing consolidation adjustments, drafting disclosures, and reviewing reporting packages.\n\nDesign scenarios involving intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, reporting inconsistencies, and complex accounting treatments.\n\nDefine evaluation criteria for accuracy, completeness, presentation, and compliance with the specified accounting framework.\n\nIdentify omitted disclosures, inconsistent figures, unsupported conclusions, and errors in agents’ use of reporting tools.\n\nRequirements\nDegree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.\n\n3+ years of experience in financial reporting, including responsibility for preparing or reviewing financial statements and reporting deliverables.\n\nStrong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP, including financial statement presentation and disclosure requirements.\n\nExperience with consolidation, technical accounting research, and financial reporting controls.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with reporting or consolidation systems.\n\nFluent English, with strong written communication skills.\n\nPreferred qualifications\nCPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.\n\nExperience leading monthly, quarterly, or annual reporting cycles.\n\nExperience preparing consolidated financial statements for multi-entity or multinational organizations.\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Workiva, Oracle FCCS, SAP, NetSuite, or comparable platforms.\n\nExperience coordinating external audits and reviewing reporting deliverables prepared by
