You will have the opportunity to challenge yourself while contributing to developing a revolutionary accelerated training program designed to invest in people from LatAm and help them master ML and AI.\nAbout the Role\nResponsibilities\nPlan and implement new designs for educational content for our training programs, website, presentations, email marketing, brochures, or other sales materials.\n\nOptimize existing user interface designs.\n\nTest for intuitivity and user experience and make improvements to increase user engagement.\n\nCommunicate with internal clients to understand their business goals and objectives.\n\nCreate UX/UI prototypes for new product ideas.\n\nThe primary tools you will use areFigma, Framer, Claude Design.\n\nSkills & Experience\nBachelor or related study in graphic design, UX/UI.\n\n2+ years of experience in graphics design, hands-on experience in design, ideally EdTech.\n\nStrong entrepreneurial and growth mindset.\n\nThrive in a quick, dynamic environment with an iterative development process.\n\nExcellent team player that builds trust internally and with our users, customers and partners.\n\nHighly analytical and data-driven individual.\n\nAble to work independently and make decisions in real-time.\n\nStrong work ethic and a \"get-the-job-done\" attitude in a fast-paced, startup environment.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively across many functions and with different teams within the organization.\n\nHighly effective and professional communication skills with a track record of communicating complex processes to entry-level or junior team members and helping them thrive in their work environments.\n\nAnyone AI is an equal opportunity employer.
