We're looking for Mechanical Engineering Experts with practical experience in CAD modeling, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, engineering simulations, and technical documentation.\nYou'll develop and validate realistic engineering tasks that assess whether AI agents can interpret technical specifications, design mechanical components, perform calculations, analyze simulation results, and complete professional engineering workflows. Your expertise will help establish reliable reference solutions and meaningful evaluation criteria.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign realistic mechanical engineering tasks based on product development, manufacturing, and industrial engineering workflows.\n\nCreate and review 2D technical drawings, 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering specifications.\n\nDevelop tasks involving mechanical design, materials selection, tolerance analysis, and component optimization.\n\nPrepare and validate engineering calculations, including stress, strain, forces, thermal behavior, and mechanical performance.\n\nWork with simulation outputs such as finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), or manufacturing simulations.\n\nIdentify design inconsistencies, incorrect assumptions, manufacturing constraints, and potential engineering failures.\n\nCreate reference solutions with traceable calculations, technical explanations, and clearly justified assumptions.\n\nReview AI-generated engineering outputs for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements.\n\nCollaborate with technical contributors to establish reproducible tasks and objective evaluation criteria.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nA bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field.\n\nSubstantial professional experience in mechanical design, product development, manufacturing, or engineering analysis.\n\nStrong understanding of mechanical systems, engineering materials, and manufacturing processes.\n\nProficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, CATIA, or Siemens NX.\n\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design requirements.\n\nExperience performing engineering calculations and validating design decisions.\n\nStrong analytical skills and attention to technical detail.\n\nAbility to
