queries to validate backend data, verify application states, and ensure data integrity.\nAPI Testing: Perform manual endpoint testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia to validate RESTful APIs, payload responses, and error handling.\nAgile Collaboration: Actively participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, standups, and retrospectives) and act as a quality gatekeeper before every release cycle.\nProcess Improvement: Continuously refine manual testing workflows, optimize regression suites, and mentor junior QA team members.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience: 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance focusing on manual testing.\nTesting Expertise: Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and QA methodologies in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nAPI and Backend Skills: Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) and SQL database queries (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, etc. ).\nTest Management Tools: Proficiency with tools like Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or Xray.\nAnalytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills with a keen eye for detail and usability.\nCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across engineering and product teams.\n\nNice-to-Haves: \nPrior experience testing mobile
