The role supports query resolution, handles exceptions and discrepancies through root cause analysis, and ensures all activities are completed within SLA. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.\nRole Type: Permanent\nRole Location: Bengalore\nWork Hours: Early Morning Shift (4am onwards)\nWhat will your day look like?\nAs an Operations Analyst Exception Processing You will be responsible for\nProvide a high level of customer service to the internal and external customers\nKeeps the customer up to date and informed of progress\nProvide accurate and up to date information on all enquiries\nManage and monitor the processing of daily requests in accordance with Bank policies/procedures and customer instructions\nProactively identify gaps in the process and place internal controls to mitigate any operational risk\nActively supports changes within team and business and makes recommendations for improvements.\nStrong ability to guide employees toward goal achievement through teamwork/collaboration, motivation and development skills including the ability to act as a role model within the organisation\nWhat will you bring?\nTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:\nStrong Understanding of Accounts & Financial Concepts\nKnowledge of Retail & Commercial Banking Operations (Products & Services, Reconciliation, Journal Entries)\nEnsuring accurate processing of requests by the team along with effective allocation of work\nUpskilling and cross skilling team members on various processes\nCustomer Support & Query Resolution\nYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
