The role is responsible for investigating business problems, evaluating solution options, managing requirements, and driving process improvements to deliver measurable business outcomes. Working with a broad range of stakeholders, the analyst translates business needs into actionable solutions, influences decision-making and ensures alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes. Successful candidates may be matched to any of the available positions based on their experience, skills and business needs.\nWhat will your day look like?\nAs a Business Analyst, you will:\nLead the analysis of complex business situations to identify root causes, opportunities, risks and recommendations for improvement.\nConduct feasibility assessments and evaluate solution options by analysing business impacts, costs, benefits, risks and strategic alignment.\nOwn end-to-end requirements management activities for medium-complexity initiatives, including elicitation, prioritisation, traceability and change management.\nFacilitate stakeholder workshops and discussions to build alignment, resolve competing priorities and support informed decision-making.\nDevelop and maintain business, process and data models that support business understanding, solution design and strategic decision-making.\nAnalyse current and future-state business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, customer outcomes and operational performance.\nSupport development of business cases, benefits measures and value realisation approaches to ensure successful business outcomes.\nLead solution validation activities, including acceptance criteria definition, UAT oversight and business sign-off activities.\nAssess business impacts arising from process, technology or organisational change and support implementation and adoption activities.\nApply and promote organisational methods, standards, tools and governance practices to deliver consistent, high-quality analysis outcomes.\nWhat will you bring?\nTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:\nBusiness Analysis & Problem Solving like business situation analysis, root cause analysis, solution evaluation\nRequirements Management including elicitation, prioritisation, traceability, change management\nBusiness Process & Data Analysis and suggesting process improvements,\nBusiness and data modelling\nFacilitation and Influencing including negotiation and conflict resolution\nSolution validation and testing including UAT oversight and business sign off\nAgile and Waterfall delivery methodologies\nProcess modelling tools (Visio, BPMN, data modelling or equivalent\nYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
