Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.\nRole Type: 12 Months secondment\nRole Location: Melbourne\nWork Hours: Full time (40 Hours/week)\nWhat will your day look like?\nAs a Business Analyst, you are accountable for:\nInvestigate business problems, opportunities and operational challenges to support informed decision-making and solution design.\nElicit, analyse, document and manage business, functional and non-functional requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle\nFacilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions to gather information, build consensus and drive outcomes.\nAnalyse current-state processes and define future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.\nDevelop and maintain business models, process maps, workflows and other analysis artefacts that support solution delivery.\nEvaluate solution options, business impacts, risks, costs and benefits to support feasibility assessments and business recommendations\nManage requirements traceability, prioritisation, baselines and change requests to ensure alignment with business objectives.\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.\nPlan, coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing activities, ensuring solutions meet agreed business requirements and acceptance criteria.\nWhat will you bring?\nTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:\nCore Business Analysis\nRequirements elicitation and management\nBusiness process analysis, Requirements documentation and traceability\nUser story and backlog management\nStakeholder & Communication\nWorkshop facilitation\nStakeholder engagement and relationship management\nInfluencing and negotiation\nDelivery & Change\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)\nAgile and Waterfall delivery methodologies\nBusiness readiness and change support\nTechnical & Analytical\nProcess modelling tools (Visio, BPMN or equivalent)\nData analysis and interpretation\nRequirements management, collaboration and documentation tools\nAdvanced BA Capability\nFeasibility assessments\nBusiness case development\nBenefits identification and tracking\nStrategic & Change Skills\nOrganisational change management\nImpact assessments\nContinuous improvement methodologies\nYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
