Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.\nRole Type: Permanent\nRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands\nWork Hours: Full Time (40 Hours/Week)\nWhat will your day look like?\nPartner with cross-functional squads, business stakeholders, subject matter experts and external vendors to identify business problems, analyse current and future state processes, conduct systems and gap analysis, and elicit, document and manage end-to-end business requirements. Ensure requirements are traceable, aligned to business objectives, and support successful delivery outcomes.\nBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Commercial, Operations, Risk, Technology, Product and frontline business teams. Facilitate workshops, drive consensus, manage conflicting priorities and communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.\nConduct impact, risk and dependency assessments across business, operational, technology and regulatory domains, exploring the implications of design decisions and recommending improvements that support customer, commercial and strategic outcomes.\nSupport project and change management activities, ensuring initiatives meet ANZ's project delivery, governance, risk and compliance requirements. Support implementation planning, status reporting, communications, issue management and the successful transition of change into business operations\nApply analytical thinking, research and problem-solving skills to synthesise complex information into actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring solutions are commercially sound, customer-focused and aligned to broader business objectives\nSupport business testing strategies, test plans and user acceptance testing activities across multiple business units. Partner with Product Owners, delivery teams and business stakeholders to execute testing, validate requirements, manage defects and support successful implementation outcomes.\nWhat will you bring?\nTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:\nA can-do attitude and willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ with the team to get delivery across the line in a fast-paced environment, flexing consistently between your SME capabilities and squad priorities that require swarming.\nStrong functional experience or expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Analysis, Project/PMO Management, Test Management and/or Execution, and/or Change Management.\nStrong communication/presentation skills and be highly experienced in preparing and conducting workshops, eliciting, documenting and managing requirements using a broad range of innovative elicitation practices/techniques (i.e. HCD Toolkit, Process Modelling, Use Cases, Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Interface Specifications etc.)\nExperience leveraging data systems and tools and conducting detailed analytical activities such as process modelling, testing, gap analysis, solution assessment and change transition to meet customers’ business needs.\nExperience in creating and owning risk and change analysis documentation and exposure to change/project governance frameworks.\nExperience with business case creation and analysis, cost/value estimations and project benchmarking against these metrics.\nProficiency with collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Teams etc.).\nYou have a record of delivering on time and budget with different project delivery methodologies and internal governance frameworks with some experience in Agile delivery, displaying initiative with a demonstrated ability to manage time & priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.\nAn intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do whilst optimising customer journeys and experiences.\nInterest in or affinity for Technology change. Previous technical experience or understanding of large-scale technology projects or document services will be highly regarded.\nYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
