You will design and deliver customer engagement programs, create compelling content, and work closely with key stakeholders to support business growth and enhance the customer experience.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy, creativity, stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable outcomes.\nRole Type: Permanent, Full-time role\nRole Location: L5A/833 Collins St Victoria, Dockland 3008\nWork Hours: 40 hours/week\nWhat will your day look like?\nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop and manage Mobile Lending's customer engagement roadmap, campaign calendar and delivery plans.\nLead end-to-end customer engagement initiatives, from planning and content creation through to launch and performance measurement.\nCreate clear, engaging and customer-focused content across multiple channels.\nPartner with Marketing, Digital, Product, Data and Distribution teams to deliver lead-generation activities that support business growth.\nMonitor campaign performance and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.\nManage priorities, timelines, approvals, risks and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives.\nEnsure all customer engagement activities align with ANZ's privacy, compliance, brand and regulatory requirements.\nWhat will you bring?\nWe're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, influence outcomes and deliver engaging customer experiences.
