Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.\nRole Location: Paris, France\nRole Type: Full-time & Permanent\nWhat will your day look like?\nAs an End-User Technology Engineer, you will:\nProvide senior onsite and remote end-user technology support to executives, market-facing users and Institutional teams\nAct as the local technology escalation point, ensuring incidents, requests and technology issues are managed effectively and resolved in a timely manner\nPartner with stakeholders across Technology, Information Security, Risk, Operations and the business to support technology services and control requirements\nSupport technology improvement initiatives including laptop upgrades, mobility enhancements, software deployments and information security uplift activities\nAssist with the implementation of technology-related regulatory changes, ensuring compliance, audit readiness and effective documentation\nWhat will you bring?\nTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:\nDemonstrated experience providing end-user technology support within a regulated financial services environment\nProven ability to support senior executives, market-facing users and business-critical operations\nStrong knowledge of desktop support, mobile technologies, collaboration tools, ServiceNow, ITIL practices and incident management processes\nExperience supporting financial markets technologies such as IPC Trader Phone System, Wallstreet, Murex or similar platforms\nExperience managing patch deployment, Active Directory, access management and desktop technology controls\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment\nFluency in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills\nExperience supporting multiple European locations or legal entities\nUnderstanding of technology risk, operational resilience and information security frameworks within banking\nExperience supporting regulatory, audit or control-related initiatives\nExperience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence and related technology service management tools\nExperience working across international time zones and supporting geographically dispersed stakeholders\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)\nIndustry certifications in end user technology, desktop engineering, networking, cloud collaboration tools, cyber security or IT service management would be advantageous.\nYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
