Working across a varied portfolio, you’ll coordinate plans, stakeholders, suppliers, approvals and logistics; create clear and engaging written, visual and video content; and maintain accurate materials, data and reporting. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.\nRole Type: Permanent\nRole Location: Level 9, 833 Collins Street Docklands \nWork Hours: Full Time (40 Hours/Weekly)\nWhat will your day look like?\nAs a Senior Communications Coordinator, you will:\nCoordinate executive communications, leadership events and strategic projects, managing plans, stakeholders, suppliers, approvals and logistics.\nDevelop high-quality written, visual and multimedia content, including presentations and video, using approved messaging and templates.\nManage research, reputation and sentiment-analysis projects, and support communications measurement and reporting.\nPublish communications to large employee audiences and use data, feedback and channel insights to improve content and engagement.\nMaintain accurate plans, materials, actions and records while supporting changing priorities across the team\nWhat will you bring?\nTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:\nStrong writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nProven organisation and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines and stakeholders.\nConfidence using Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint; multimedia or publishing experience would be valued.\nSound judgement, discretion and a proactive, collaborative working style, with the ability to adapt and follow through in a fast-paced environment.\nSo why join us?\nFrom the moment you join ANZ, you'll be doing meaningful work that will shape a world where people and communities thrive.\nBut it's not just our customers who'll feel your impact.
