Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.\nRole Type: Permanent\nRole Location: Bengaluru \nWork Hours: Regular Shifts(Hybrid/Blended)\nPlease note that while this advertisement is for a single role, there are multiple vacancies available for this position.\nWhat will your day look like?\nYou will apply SRE principles to ensure that we build, monitor, and measure what is important.\nYou will work collaboratively with other SREs and teams across ANZ Plus to continually drive down the cost of operations, increase efficiency, and build a strong reliability culture.\nYou will need to be comfortable with learning new tools and techniques along with running proof of concept evaluations to keep us on the leading edge. \nWe expect you to be capable of providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve the platforms, processes, and tools you support.\nWhat will you bring?\nTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:\nMust have 8+years relevant experience.\nMust be comfortable coding in one or more languages (Go, Java, Python, or other scripting languages).\nExperience with common monitoring and observability tooling. including defining and implementing opentelemetry based instrumentation as well as working with tools like Honeycomb, Splunk, Dynatrace etc.\nExperience using Infrastructure as Code tools. For example, Terraform or CloudFormation.\nAbility to design and implement cloud security, availability and reliability best practices\nProficient in cloud computing across one or more major public cloud providers. For example, GCP, AWS, or Azure.\nProficient with Kubernetes, or equivalent container orchestration tooling.\nExperience working with operations and architecture groups developing scalable and supportable solutions\nYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
