Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.\nRole Type: Permanent\nRole Location: Bengaluru \nWork Hours: Regular Shifts(HybridBlended)\nWhat will your day look like?\nPartner with Product Owners to analyse, validate, and refine business requirements received through Front Door requests.\nAssess demand requests and support prioritisation activities based on business value, strategic alignment, complexity, and delivery capacity.\nSupport solution analysis and ensure proposed technology outcomes align with business objectives and platform capabilities.\nWork with engineering teams to validate solution designs and ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.\nCreate and maintain estimates for incoming demand and support squad planning activities.\nMonitor and continuously review demand pipelines to ensure delivery commitments remain achievable.\nConduct impact assessments and root cause analysis for production issues and platform enhancements.\nMaintain traceability between business objectives, strategic initiatives, Front Door requests, requirements, and delivered solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflow management, operational efficiency, and platform adoption across the bank.\nActively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, while facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements, scope, and expectations.\nWhat will you bring?\nMust have 5+years of relevant experience\nExperience as a System Analyst, Technical Analyst, Software Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role.\nStrong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.\nExperience working in Agile environments and cross-functional squads.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nAbility to identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, and delivery impacts.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.\nUnderstanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.\nDocument Management & Automation\nExperience with Document Management, Document Automation, Workflow Automation, or Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms.\nKnowledge of document lifecycle management, correspondence generation, workflow orchestration, and content management.\nExperience with platforms such as:\nSmart Communications (SmartCOMM)\nOpenText Exstream (Thunderhead)\nQuadient Inspire / Xpression\nUnderstanding of document templates, business rules, data mapping, and communication workflows.\nDetailed Desciption\nDesirable:\nExperience in Banking or Financial Services.\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nUnderstanding of records management, compliance, and process improvement practices.\nYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
