IAM involves identity management, identity governance and administration, privileged access, non-human identity (NHI) management and conditional access at A&O Shearman.\nYou will work with other digital trust team members to ensure the security, compliance, and efficiency of access management processes and controls.\nIAM (including PAM) tooling and platform management\nMonitor IAM technology solution(s) for performance and security. Provide appropriate reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.\nResolve issues relating to the IAM technology solution(s). Lead on problem resolution.\nComplete requests and provide support to the end users across the IAM services.\nOnboard new accounts to the privileged access solution and enforce controls.\nDevelop and deliver training materials and presentations on identity and access management best practices.\nIAM processes and controls\nContribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of end-to-end IAM controls, access policies, process flows, procedural documentation, and operational playbooks.\nImplement and perform access certification campaigns in accordance with IAM policies. Proactively evolve Access and Entitlement Management through ongoing reviews, risk analysist and operational excellence.\nPerform changes required to support the delivery of the organizational Identity Lifecycle Management process. Ensure access is maintained according to principles of least privilege and Zero Trust Network Access.\nMonitor privileged access activity and investigate suspicious behaviour. Actively improve PAM procedures, establish repeatable patterns, communicate with other teams for collaborative problem resolution and improvement to the security of all critical platforms.\nMonitor and validate ongoing compliance with IAM security requirements.\nIAM request fulfilment supporting to the wider IT business function.\nChampion identity and access management across the organisation and drive an evolved culture of risk awareness and mitigation.\nProvide training and support to end users of IAM.\nWhat you will have\nExperience in IT and information security, with knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM).\nUnderstanding of IAM technologies and practices, including identity governance, privileged access, authentication, and conditional access.\nExperience with Microsoft identity platforms such as Active Directory and Entra ID.\nKnowledge of security protocols, authentication methods, and authorisation frameworks.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nA proactive mindset and passion for staying at the forefront of cybersecurity and identity management.\nNO AGENCIES PLEASE - A&O Shearman does not accept unsolicited CVs.
