You will coordinate, configure, and support our client-facing claims portal. This role ensures a smooth, consistent experience for internal collaborators and client users.\nReview and complete client onboarding requests for client-facing claim sites within agreed SLA timelines.\n\nConfigure and maintain client environments, entities, user groups and role-based permissions to ensure accurate access and data visibility.\n\nSet up digital claim reporting workflows, upload key documentation and validate integrations and data feeds in collaboration with technical and claims teams.\n\nManage user access requests, troubleshoot login and permission issues, and apply appropriate security and privacy controls in line with Aon standards.\n\nMaintain onboarding trackers and configuration documentation, monitor usage and tickets, and contribute to process and platform improvements.\n\nHow this opportunity is different\nIn this role, you will be at the core of Aon’s global claims client experience. You will work directly with a strategic client-facing technology platform that partners around the world use. You will collaborate closely with global and regional claims teams, country stakeholders, client service and operations colleagues, while being supported by a core portal team based in Chicago. You will gain exposure to digital claim reporting, analytics, document management and data-driven capabilities, with opportunities to contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives and to grow your career into broader claims technology, operations or client solutions roles.\nSkills and experience that will lead to success\n3–7 years of experience in system administration, onboarding/implementation support, client support or operations coordination, ideally with web-based or SaaS applications.\n\nStrong experience with user administration and role-based access management, plus solid problem-solving skills for configuration and access issues.\n\nExcellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.\n\nHigh attention to detail and documentation quality, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.\n\nExperience in insurance, claims, risk management or professional services, and familiarity with integrations, reporting or analytics tools would be an advantage.\n\nHow we support our colleagues\nWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and fostering an inclusive workplace.
