As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.\n\nWhat the day will look like\nIn this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI solutions that help stakeholders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. You will take ownership of reporting solutions throughout their lifecycle, from gathering requirements and translating business questions into technical specifications to delivery, optimization, and ongoing support.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDesigning and maintaining interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, data marts, and reusable reporting assets.\n\nDeveloping and optimizing DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, Power Query transformations, and enterprise data models using star and snowflake schemas.\n\nAnalyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities, while performing root-cause analysis and providing data-driven recommendations.\n\nSupporting forecasting, scenario analysis, business planning, and the development of meaningful success measures aligned with business objectives.\n\nWorking with SQL, data warehouses, cloud data platforms, and Databricks datasets to access, prepare, transform, and integrate data for Power BI reporting.\n\nImproving report performance and data efficiency through performance tuning, data optimization, validation, reconciliation, and quality-control techniques.\n\nEstablishing reporting standards, governance principles, and Power BI development best practices.\n\nCollaborating with business leaders to understand analytical needs and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nPartnering with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and architecture while ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.\n\nSkills and experience that will lead to success\nA bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, together with at least five years of experience developing Power BI solutions in a corporate environment.\n\nAdvanced expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and dimensional data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas.\n\nExperience working with large-scale enterprise datasets, SQL databases, data warehouses, cloud data platforms, and Databricks data prepared for Power BI reporting.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to identify trends, conduct root-cause analysis, develop meaningful KPIs, and translate complex data into clear recommendations.\n\nExcellent stakeholder-management, communication, and data-storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences across multiple business functions.\n\nAdditional experience that would be valuable includes:\n\nExperience with the Azure Data Platform, including Azure SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, or Microsoft Fabric.\n\nKnowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting techniques, and scenario analysis.\n\nExperience using Python or R for advanced analytics.\n\nFamiliarity with data governance, reporting standards, and BI strategy.\n\nMicrosoft Power BI Data Analyst certification, such as PL-300 or an equivalent qualification.\n\nExperience in financial services, consulting,
